If you’ve popped in to LaunchIt in recent months, you’ll have undoubtedly noticed the modern and stylish refresh it’s undergone. These updates to LaunchIt’s interior were just the start of a whole new direction for this community hub.
LaunchIt celebrated its fifth anniversary in 2019 and – like most business and organizations – things have evolved. Not only has the look of our space changed, so have our programs, services and role in the community.
With the guidance of Heather Watterworth of Creative Worth, a local branding and design studio, LaunchIt has undergone a complete rebrand, including a new logo, a new mission, and clear vision for what comes next.
A New Mission
We spent a lot of time reflecting on the LaunchIt’s role in the community. Over the past five years, community members have come to rely on us for information about what’s happening in Minto and beyond, and we’re a key partner for new and innovative happenings in the community. When something exciting happens in Minto, odds are that we’re a part of it.
And that’s one thing that we don’t want to change. LaunchIt is a community hub that connects entrepreneurs, business owners and community members with information, space, and people they need to explore bold ideas and spark action.
No longer just a “resource centre” or “support organization”, LaunchIt Business Exploration Centre is for anyone who’s actively exploring business – whether you’re exploring entrepreneurship, exploring business expansion, or exploring a business and community collaboration.
Our goal moving forward is to create co-working, community and connection opportunities for rural entrepreneurs and businesses, so they can be a part of growing a thriving regional economy. You can read more about our organization’s values here.

New Look, Who Dis?
You might have noticed that LaunchIt’s looking a little fresher on the outside too. In addition to our completely new website, we have a modern new logo and vibrant brand style (also created by Creative Worth) that’s taking over our digital footprint. You’ll also start to see it across all of our marketing and outreach materials.
