Robin is an agriculture and commercial lender for over 14 years and holds professional designations including being an accredited commercial lender and an agrologist. She is passionate about co-ops and credit unions, and the impact they have on our communities. Her favourite part of her work is the people, hearing their stories and being a part of their hopes and dreams.

Harold DeVries, Small Business Advisor
Harold built a business as a personal clothier, providing an in-office clothing service to executives across southwestern Ontario. After 12 years in business, he turned his energy to helping others succeed in business as a business advisor and trainer. Harold has assisted hundreds of business owners to develop and launch their business ventures through Self-Employment Benefit, Youth Entrepreneurship and Self-Employment Ontario Works programs. As an entrepreneur and training professional he is passionate about helping others succeed in building foundations under their “castles in the air”.

2nd Chance provides employment services, at no cost, to all job seekers and employers throughout Wellington County. No matter your age, educational background and work history, you can access support to find employment or to explore training and career options.
If you’re an employer looking for assistance to recruit, hire and train new employees, 2nd Chance can help with posting jobs, collecting resumes and pre-screening applicants.
2nd Chance is funded by the Ministry of Advanced Education and Skills Development we provide Employment Ontario programs including the Canada Ontario Job Grant, Second Career, Apprenticeship Employer Signing bonus and Job Matching, Placement and Incentives.
