Heather Reeves has been a Registered Massage Therapist for over 20 years and a Fitness and Yoga Instructor for over 15 years. 
Heather believes in Balance, emotionally, physically and spiritually.  Our lives can become very busy and multi- tasking is a wonderful attribute, although we also need to take time to slow down.  The practice of Yoga allows us to do just that, I call it the reset button.
